You can have everything in life you want, if you will just help other people get what they want.

And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence actually liberates others.

There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do.

The real measure of our power is the freedom and opportunity we create for others.

If the blessing stops with you, it'll eventually stop altogether! Instead of being a conduit for blessing and maintaining forward momentum, we settle for sideways energy.

Instead of exclusively focusing on what's wrong and trying to fix it, you identify what's right and try to replicate it. Appreciative inquiry is playing to people's strengths. It's catching people doing things right. It's celebrating what you want to see more of. And it's bragging about people behind their backs.

If you want to achieve your goals, help others achieve theirs.
