How does a person become productive? Find your strength and then find someone who needs your strength.

Everyone is important, but everyone isn't equal. The person with greater experience, skill, and productivity in a given area is more important to the team in that area.

Every human being has value, and every player on a team adds value to the team in some way.

You can't take the team to the next level when you haven't mastered the skills it takes to succeed on a personal level. It just doesn't happen.

Our community belongs to us and whether it is mean or majestic, whether arrayed in glory or covered in shame, we cannot but share its character and destiny.

If your dream only includes you, it's too small.

"Is it time to go to church?" Much to our surprise, that is not how the Bible uses the term. Not at all. Certainly, the body of Christ is a vast throng, millions of people around the globe. But when Scripture talks about church, it means community.

One is too small a number to achieve greatness.
