Prayer and intercession should be all about friendship, relationship and partnering with our wonderful Father. Every one of us would rather be a partner than a hired hand.

We are laborers together with God: ye are God's husbandry.

Nothing delights Him more than to find those whom He can take with Him into the Father's presence, whom He can clothe with power to pray down God's blessing on those around them, whom He can train to be His fellow-workers in the intercession by which the kingdom is to be revealed on earth.

If you make history with God, He'll make history with you

If God had a wife, He would be in trouble too if He dodged His chores.

Without God, we cannot. Without us, God will not.

Our Lord's conception of discipleship is not that we work for God, but that God works through us.

We cannot do it without Him. He will not do it without us.

Anyone who enters into an intimate relationship with God can see God do exceptional things through his or her life.

I think humans prefer magical religion, which keeps all the responsibility on God performing or not performing, whereas mature and transformational religion asks us to participate, cooperate, and change. The divine dance is always a partnered two-step.

For everything that God desires to do in the earth, He enters into partnership with those to whom He has already given dominion.

God desires that we develop spiritual muscle so we are strong enough to be His kind of wife.
