To holy people the very name of Jesus is a name to feed upon, a name to transport. His name can raise the dead and transfigure and beautify the living.

I believe that the preaching of the living word of God is something that Africa hungers for.

Fasting is about ingesting the Word of God, the beauty of God, the presence of God, the blessings of God. Fasting is about spiritual indulgence!

The Bible does not thrill; the Bible nourishes. Give time to the reading of the Bible and the recreating effect is as real as that of fresh air physically.

A mind fed daily on TV diminishes. Your mind was made to know and love God.

The last degree of love is when He gave Himself to us to be our Food; because He gave Himself to be united with us in every way.

There is no such thing as excess in our taking of this spiritual food. There is no such virtue as temperance in spiritual feasting.

So prospective evangelists, do what Jesus did. Walk with sinners, open the Book, break the Bread.

For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, and do not return there, but water the earth, and make it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish what I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.(Isaiah 55:10—11)
