Throughout the day, anytime you find yourself feeling stressed or wanting to complain, stop for 10 seconds and breathe. Count your breaths and your blessings.

Or maybe he should always just expect the worst. Most often he would be right, and the few times he was not, at least he would be pleasantly surprised.

God wants us to live consistently, He wants us to enjoy every single day of our lives.

Difficult people are all around. There will be someone that can steal your joy, offend you, leave you out, say something untrue. The key is to handle it correctly. Don't take the bait. Don't dwell on the negative comments. This is how you live happy.

Too many people drag through the day with long faces. Some don't smile for months. Then they'll come up with those same sour faces after a service and say to me, "I've got the joy of the Lord." I'll think: You should notify your face!

This is the day which the LORD has made; let us rejoice and be glad in it. PSALM 118:24 NASB

The task of life is to face sacred moments.

Don't be gloomy. Even if you are not happy, put a smile on your face. [Life is about] joy,... something to be happy and excited about.

We will never enjoy life unless we make a quality decision to do so.

The business of life summons us away from useless grief, and calls us to the exercise of those virtues of which we are lamenting our deprivation.

Always keep that happy attitude. Pretend that you are holding a beautiful fragrant bouquet.
