Here's a key, pulling someone else down will never make you rise higher. Let's be people that celebrate success, that learn from those that are ahead, that honor people that have been blessed.

We all need people who are joined in spirit with us and say, "If you're bold enough to believe, count me in. I'm bold enough to agree with you." You need supporters who will come into agreement with you and release their faith, not doubters who tell you what you can't do.

What happens too often when we criticize someone is that we accompany it with strong, negative feelings. We criticize without ever mentioning how many other things we appreciate about our spouse.

Anyone we come in contact with, we either offer them life, or we drain them.

You need peers; you need people who are at the same level you are. You never know in life when you're going to need help, and you never know who you're going to need it from.

When you encourage others, you, in the process, are encouraged because you're making a commitment and difference in that person's life. Encouragement really does make a difference.

At some time in your life, you probably had someone believe in you when you didn't believe in yourself.
