The only way to ease our fear and be truly happy is to acknowledge our fear and look deeply at its source.

I'm not at the point where I'd feel safe in a house alone. I would be really scared. I'm the kind of person that when I get up to go use the bathroom I have this big long hallway, and I just know someone's going to jump out and get me.

Actually, I don't hate cats, I'm just kind of afraid of them.

I ended up dropping out of high school at 16 and getting kicked out of my home. My parents told me, sadly, that because I was so disruptive to the rest of the household, that I could no longer live under their roof.

Gather up these four results. Christians are not orphans, and therefore not desolate. Peace is theirs—peace which Christ gives, as the world cannot give, through the ministry of a Person ever present. In the strength of that peace they become His witnesses, because they have a perpetual vision of the Lord.

Everything you do is triggered by an emotion of either desire or fear.

And so, for the first of many times, I said the Prayer of God's Smuggler: 'Lord, in my luggage I have Scripture that I want to take to Your children across this border. When You were on earth, You made blind eyes see. Now, I pray, make seeing eyes blind. Do not let the guards see those things You do not want them to see.
