Truth is more important, freedom is more complex, and Jesus is more liberating than you think.

If we repent, God always recycles our mistakes.

There is no regret God cannot redeem.

Sin always overpromises and underdelivers, while righteousness pays dividends for eternity... Nothing is more illogical than sin. It's the epitome of poor judgment. It's temporary insanity with eternal consequences. And we have no alibi, save the cross of Jesus Christ.

Confession breaks the power of canceled sin. It also heals the broken heart.

But Paul knew that his sin was nailed to the cross, and the hammer of God's mercy has no claw.

When you confess your sin, it no longer defines you.

Repentance keeps sin from condemning us because Jesus died and scorned the shame.

Jesus forgives sinners, not criminals.

There is no saint without a past, no sinner without a future.

If you are in Christ, you are fully and completely forgiven for all your sin-past, present and future.

As long as we fail to face up to the past and deal with it accordingly, the future will smack of corruption.
