We bring God glory by telling others about him.

The fact is, it is selfish for a church to not want to grow. A church that says, "We've got enough people, we've got a nice fellowship. Our church is just the right size. We just need to focus on the members we already have." That church is, in reality, actually saying, "The rest of the world can go to hell. We don't care.

God enabled me to speak with the demonstration of the Spirit, and with power.

Missionary work in a place where Christ has never been named is sometimes less arduous than in places where, though named, He has not been honored by lives of holy obedience.

Understandably, they, with others who knew Jim well, wondered if perhaps his ministry might not be more effective in the United States, where so many know so little of the Bible's real message. He replied: 'I dare not stay home while Quichuas perish. What if the well-filled church in the homeland needs stirring? They have the Scriptures, Moses, and the prophets, and a whole lot more. Their condemnation is written on their bank books and in the dust on their Bible covers.

The Lord has done what I wanted Him to do this week. I wanted, primarily, peace about going into pioneer Indian work. And as I analyze my feelings now, I feel quite at ease about saying that tribal work in South American jungles is the general direction of my missionary purpose.

With the Spirit and magnifying your call, you can do miracles for the Lord in the mission field. Without the Spirit, you will never succeed, regardless of your talent and ability.

Strategic thought is needed in missionary work. From the point of view of salvation, all souls are equal. From the view of missionary strategy, they are not equal.
