God wants his glory to shine through men. God wants his Kingdom to be made visible through them.

Let us endeavor so to live that when we come to die even the undertaker will be sorry.

Whoever sets any bounds for the reconstructive power of the religious life over the social relations and institutions of men, to that extent denies the faith of the Master.

The main rule to me is to honor God with your life. To life a life of integrity. Not be selfish. You know, help others. But that's really the essence of the Christian faith.

A consecrated Christian life is ever shedding light and comfort and peace.

Ask God to use you. Ask Him to show you how you can be a blessing everywhere you go. Keep honoring Him so that others can see Him through you.

May the cheering contemplation of the glorious hope set before us—support and animate us to improve our short interval on earth, and fill us with a holy ambition of shining as lights in this evil world, to the praise and glory of His grace—who has called us out of darkness, into His glorious light!

The greatest cause in the world is joyfully rescuing people from hell, meeting their earthly needs, making them glad in God, and doing it with a kind, serious pleasure that makes Christ look like the Treasure he is.

Our lives become trivial. And our capacity for magnificent causes and great worship dies.

The wasted life is the life without a passion for the supremacy of God in all things for the joy of all peoples.
