Lord, I want Your will in Your timing. I do not want to be ahead of You, nor do I want to be behind You. Help me, Father, to wait patiently on You!

Every good and right decision that we make helps overturn the results of the bad ones.

Be still and know that He is God. Be assured that as long as you trust Him, He will never fail you or disappoint you.

Worry is failing to trust God to take care of the various situations in our lives. When we worry, we are actually acting on the thought If I try hard enough, I can find a solution to my problem, which is the opposite of trusting God.

I can tell you that it was not easy. It was vitally necessary in order for us to make progress as a ministry, but it was probably one of the most difficult times ever for our employees. They had to learn entirely new ways of processing information and it didn't always seem to work right immediately. Eventually the old ways were gone and the new was comfortable and much, much better—but everyone had to be patient!

Choose, instead, to believe God is going to do something even better in your life.

The sooner you make a change, the sooner you will be living the life you truly want to live.

Trust in Him Are you upset, worrying, or trying to make something happen? You don't have to be! God has a place of peace and rest for you, and all you have to do to enter His rest is put your trust in Him.

If you turn things over to God, you will finally find the power you need to break free.

Trust in Him How relaxed are you? Your answer is directly related to how much you trust God. It may take you many years, like it did me, to fully trust Him, but each day will be better and better as you trust more and learn to relax.

Our problem is that we always want to hold on to the past and still go into the future. That is what is meant by having a double heart. In James 1:8 we read that a person who is of two minds is hesitating, dubious, irresolute, unstable, unreliable and uncertain about everything he thinks, feels or decides. The King James Version says, A double minded man is unstable in all his ways.

When we make good decisions, it gives us the joy of partnering with God in having the best life we possibly can have.
