We are the only ones who can make decisions for ourselves about how we will handle the situations that arise in our lives. Life is not likely to get any easier, but our approach to life can change and that will make it easier.

If you are having trouble trusting your ability to hear from God, "step out and find out!" Learning to discern God's voice is a process. Even if you fall down, you can trust Him to help you find your way again.

Take some bold steps of faith and change anything the Lord leads you to change. If what you are doing with your time is not bearing good fruit, make a change. If you are not getting enough rest, make a change. If you are not disciplining your children and their behavior is causing you a lot of stress, make a change. If you are bored, make a change. If your friends are taking advantage of you, make a change! Stress can be relieved if you're not afraid to make changes.

Turn your situation over to God because He can do more in a moment than you can do in a lifetime.

Don't hesitate to begin because it seems to you that you have a long way to go. It is better to spend your life moving in the right direction one step at a time than to have no direction at all. No matter what your problems may be, things can get better with God's help.
