It also means periodically withdrawing from such activities as watching television, listening to the radio, or reading a book. If you never give yourself the opportunity to experience silence, this creates turbulence in your internal dialogue.

The Law of Least Effort Put every effort into organizing your life, but remember that the ultimate organizer is Nature. Don't try to steer the river.
