The thing I love about God is He intentionally guides people into failure.

The way of grace is dependent, I cannot but He can.

It is when we come to the Lord in our nothingness, our powerlessness and our helplessness that He then enables us to love in a way which, without Him, would be absolutely impossible.

My imperfections and failures are as much a blessing from God as my successes and my talents and I lay them both at his feet.

He has chosen not to heal me, but to hold me. The more intense the pain, the closer His embrace.

Maybe the truly handicapped people are the ones that don't need God as much.

My wheelchair was the key to seeing all this happen—especially since God's power always shows up best in weakness. So here I sit … glad that I have not been healed on the outside, but glad that I have been healed on the inside. Healed from my own self-centered wants and wishes.

Yes, forget your weakness, whatever that weakness may be. It is egotism, it is selfishness after. all, for it is a dwelling on self. Forget your weakness and remember your strength.
