Always cooperate with the work God is doing in you. The more we resist, the longer it takes. Don't ever let how you feel dictate God's love for you. He is always loving us, even when our circumstances don't make us feel good.

But don't go on a "digging expedition." We don't have to try to "figure ourselves out." The Holy Spirit guides us into all truth (See John 16:13). It is a progressive work, so be patient and let God take the lead.

Learn to wait on God.

Trust in Him If you are tempted to give up on something or someone, put your trust in God and believe that even if you don't have the power to change the circumstances, He does.
