Fear is the very factor that keeps many of us from fleshing out the biblical reality that we can "do all things through Christ" (Phil 4:13). We can do all things through Christ who strengthens us, but frankly we won't if we're too afraid to try.

We learn to be victorious by surrendering our lives completely to the Spirit of God, not by gritting our teeth and trying harder.

But you can't just believe in Him to be free from your stronghold. You must believe Him. Believe He can do what He says He can do. Believe you can do what He says you can do. Believe He is who He says He is. And believe you are who He says you are.

If yesterday's wimp is going to become tomorrow's warrior, something has to happen today.
