We don't need to understand God to trust Him.

But disappointment isn't proof that God is withholding good things from us. Sometimes it's His way of leading us Home.

I remind fear that I will not entertain his whispered lies. His lies tell me I'll always be alone, and yet Your truth assures me I'm never alone. Not today. Not tomorrow. Not ever. This isn't dependent on a person. It's a security I have in You.

Don't second-guess what God is doing. Rather, look for ways to dig deeper into His Word, His character, and His faithfulness in this time.

When things are going wrong, praise Him anyway! Thank Him in advance for the good He will surely bring from all situations (Romans 8:28).

If this now broken relationship was Your best, You wouldn't have kept me from it. And if it is Your best sometime in the future, the enemy won't be able to keep us apart.

Sometimes hardship happens not because of what you've done but because of something God is doing.
