Did He create you with an incurable speech impediment?

The Bible tells us to be perfect. This is likely a scary thought for many people. It used to scare me. I didn't think I could ever get there, no matter how hard I tried.

God is inside you and inside everybody else. You come into the world with God. But only them that search for it inside find it. And sometimes it just manifest itself even if you not looking, or don't know what you looking for. Trouble do it for most folks, I think. Sorrow, lord. Feeling like shit.

I think a big test we all face in life on a regular basis is that discouragement test. Life's not always fair, but I believe if you keep doing the right thing, God will get you to where you are.

In the secular view, suffering is never seen as a meaningful part of life but only as an interruption.

For the more we are afflicted by adversities, the more surely our fellowship with Christ is confirmed!

At one level, the message of the book of Ruth is that the life of the godly is not a straight line to glory, but they do get there.

None are completely wretched but those who are without hope and few are reduced so low as that.

The details of how faith works in spiritual warfare are well known but easily forgotten.

Religion is lived by people who are afraid of hell. Spirituality is lived by people who have been through hell.

I have been driven many times upon my knees by the overwhelming conviction that I had no where else to go. My own wisdom and that of all about me seemed insufficient for that day.

The less I pray the harder it gets the more I pray the better it goes.
