I find it fascinating that God healed Hezekiah through medical treatment. Obviously God did not build a wall between faith and using medicine.

Help me to be convinced that because One died for all, therefore all died. Help me to realize and fully appreciate the fact that because You died for all, we who live should no longer live for ourselves but for You who died for us and was raised again (2 Cor. 5:14—15).

Jesus responded to them, "My Father is still working, and I am working also." John 5:17

I believe the more we "see" God at work, the more we'll believe; and the more we believe, the more we're liable to see.

You see that faith was active together with his works, and by works, faith was perfected. James 2:22

None of us possesses enough power or godliness to enact a miracle in someone else's life on our best day. "Faith expressing itself through love" is a miracle in itself.

I used to pray that God would surround them with people who were good influences. When my eyes began to open, I realized my prayers better adjust to greater reality. The truth is, godly influences are few. I pray for them to know what to do with bad influences and hope they become the good influences!

By faith Rahab the prostitute received the spies in peace and didn't perish with those who disobeyed. Hebrews 11:31

Don't get discouraged if you don't have or don't presently practice everything God desires of you. Pray for what you lack! When you pray God's will, you will receive what you ask!

We can't presently and actively believe God in our day-to-day challenges if we are not presently and actively in His Word.

Faith working through love.

We know that we have passed from death to life because we love our brothers. The one who does not love remains in death. 1 John 3:14
