If you are a believer in Jesus Christ, you have power and you can resist temptation!

Don't ever flirt with sin.

We are not beyond the devil's ability to tempt us, but we can always resist him in Jesus' name. There are days when the battle of the mind seems relentless, but victory always comes to those who refuse to give up. Thomas Edison said, "Our greatest weakness lies in giving up. The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.

Character is doing what you don't want to do, but know you should do. There's plenty of room and company on the broad road, but it's not easy to walk on that narrow path.

What should you do if you know what you should do but you just don't want to do it?

It's always easier to avoid temptation than to resist it.

The devil never tempted a man whom he found judiciously employed.

Now he found out a new thing--namely, that to promise not to do a thing is the surest way in the world to make a body want to go and do that very thing.

I have one reason why you should walk away from that temptation right now. One reason: God. Is. Better.

Every temptation is an opportunity of our getting nearer to God.

Once you savor God's goodness, sin holds no lasting appeal.

If thou wilt fly from God, the devil will lend thee both spurs and a horse.
