Modern life assaults us with an infinite range of things we could do, we would love to do, or some people tell us we should do. But we are not God and we are neither infinite nor eternal. We are quite simply finite. We have only so many years, so much energy, so many gray cells, and so many bank notes in our wallets. 'Life is too short to...' eventually shortens to 'life is too short.

Many things lost in life can be restored; however, time misused can never be recovered. Once the sun goes down, the day is forever gone.

If you love life, don't waste time, for time is what life is made up of.

Each of us has... all the time there is. Those years, weeks, hours, are the sands in the glass running swiftly away. To let them drift through our fingers is tragic waste. To use them to the hilt, making them count for something, is the beginning of wisdom.

There is a cumulative value to investing small amounts of time in certain activities over a long period. There are rarely any immediate consequences for neglecting single installments of time in any arena of life. Neglect has a cumulative effect. here is no cumulative value to the urgent things we allow to interfere with the important things. If all of this is true, and time equals life, what is the wise thing to do as it relates to your time?

Guard well your spare moments. They are like uncut diamonds. Discard them and their value will never be known. Improve them and they will become the brightest gems in a useful life.

Never let your prey consider he neither created "his" time nor earned it. He cannot keep it, store it up, or take it with him when he exits earth. So why does he consider it "his" time? Because he's a fool.
