My highest achievement: never shutting down my heart. Even in my darkest moments—through sexual abuse, a pregnancy at 14, lies and betrayals—I remained faithful, hopeful, and willing to see the best in people, regardless of whether they were showing me their worst. I continued to believe that no matter how hard the climb, there is always a way to let in a sliver of light to illuminate the path forward.

The secret of the easy yoke is simple, actually. It is the intelligent, informed, unyielding resolve to live as Jesus lived in all aspects of his life, not just in the moment of specific choice or action.

As a child of God, you must realize that you are on the winning side of prophecy; until you win it is not over!

God asks for men who are totally broken and who will follow Him even to death to work for Him.

God seems to throw Himself on the side of the man who knows exactly what he wants, if he is determined to get JUST THAT!
