Only Christianity dares to make God's love unconditional.

Not even God, with all his power, can force a human being to love.

Obviously, Jesus did not give the parables to teach us how to live. He gave them, I believe, to correct our notions about who God is and who God loves.

I cannot imagine a greater motivation to pray than that God enjoys having me in His presence. He enjoys my company. He delights in listening to me! He doesn't get bored with my repeated requests. He doesn't moralize me if I get it wrong in what I ask for. He doesn't laugh at me if I put out silly, even impertinent, requests. He never makes me feel stupid. There is no rejection, only total acceptance.

The Holy Spirit has filled my heart too much for me to hold that grudge against you. Our God is too big for us to hate others.

And as we live in God, our love grows more perfect. So we will not be afraid on the day of judgment, but we can face him with confidence because we are like Christ here in this world. (1 John 4:17 NLT)

Our love for God is limited by a lack of holy fear. Our hearts are to bear the light and warmth of both flames.

True love is founded in the truth of who God really is.

O my Mansoul, I have lived, I have died, I live, and I will die no more for thee. I live that thou mayest not die. Because I live thou shalt live also; I reconciled thee to my Father by the blood of My cross, and being reconciled thou shalt live through me. Only in Christ can men and women find answers to the ultimate questions that trouble them. Only in Christ can they fully understand their dignity as persons created and loved by God.

If you don't love somebody, it gets annoying if they tell you what to do or what to feel. When you love them, you get pleasure from their pleasure and it makes it easy to serve. I didn't love God because I didn't know God. universe is not effected by time. Light exists outside of time.. It is still a mystery to physicists.

Ultimately, I believe that God loves and wants a relationship with every human being, but with Laura I could feel God's urgency.
