Trust in him at all times . . . pour out your heart before him.

Believing that God is good is absolutely vital to becoming effective in the ministry of the gospel. Without that foundation, it's not possible to develop the clear focus and the strength of faith to pursue the breakthroughs that the earth aches for. The way we understand Him is the way we will present Him. How we see Him defines how we think and how we live.

Self-confidence is no greater than self. God confidence, which is called faith, is as big as God.

The floor of Christendom and elsewhere is littered with wrecks made by old prophets. God won't stand nonsense from any man. Every man has to choose between Christ and Barabbas, and every Christian between God and some old prophet.

Since her childhood her parents and grandparents had taught her that she shouldn't waste her time asking God the whys and hows of life. Those problems were best left for Him to figure out.

Don't be afraid to step out and trust God. He is more faithful than the rising of the sun.

Trust involves letting go and knowing God will catch you.

I encourage people at this time, do not put your faith in any preacher, in any human system, but put your faith and trust in the Living God.

Don't lean on your own understanding. If your trust in God is limited by your understanding of His ways, you will always have a limited trust.

Life is so short. Grudges are a waste of time. Laugh when you can, apologise when you should, and trust God with what you cannot change.

God will never, never, never let us down if we have faith and put our trust in Him. He will always look after us. So we must cleave to Jesus. Our whole life must simply be woven into Jesus.
