Gratitude is the most exquisite form of courtesy.

Next to ingratitude, the most painful thing to bear is gratitude.

What you focus on expands, and when you focus on the goodness in your life, you create more of it. Opportunities, relationships, even money flowed my way when I learned to be grateful no matter what happened in my life.

The Lord gave and the Lord hath taken away blessed be the name of the Lord.

Eternity alone can reveal to the human race its debt of gratitude to the peerless and immortal name of Washington.

No duty is more urgent than that of returning thanks.

I will thank Him for all that He has given me, not curse Him for all that I've lost.
