The people who are happy are the ones who decide to be happy.

This is the day God has made, and I am going to enjoy it. I can handle whatever comes my way today through Christ Who is my strength. Today, I am energetic and creative. I have favor with God and man everywhere I go. Everything I lay my hand to prospers and succeeds. I enjoy being a blessing to others. I am thankful for all that God has done for me. God is working on my problems, and I can wait patiently because His timing is perfect.

There are many emotions we have to resist, but happiness is not one of them! So go ahead and be as happy as you can possibly be.

No day needs to be ordinary if we realize the gift God is giving us when He gives us another day to live and enjoy. An extraordinary attitude can quickly turn an ordinary day into an amazing adventure. Jesus said He came so that we might have and enjoy life (see John 10:10). If we refuse to enjoy it, then it's no one's fault but our own. I would like to suggest that you take responsibility for your joy and never again give anyone else the job of keeping you happy.

Contentment with life is not a feeling, but it is a decision we must make. Contentment does not mean that we never want to see change or improvement, but it does mean we can be happy where we are and will do the best we can with what we have. It also means we will maintain an attitude that allows us to enjoy the gift of life.

The present moment is the greatest gift we have from God, but if we are not present we miss it.

One of the biggest causes of stress is focusing on the negative things that are happening around us.

Confident people make it a habit to think and act positively. Therefore, they enjoy life, and they accomplish a lot.

Joy in All Circumstances

God's purpose for us and our minds is that we learn to live with a positive attitude. No matter what our circumstances, our minds belong to us and no one can do our thinking for us if we don't let them. I encourage you to be passionate about being positive. A positive attitude lifts us above our circumstances and enables us to have peace in the midst of the storm and to have joy when there is no visible reason to rejoice.

Make up your mind to live differently; praise your way to victory; give God the construction project; and understand that your history is not your destiny.

take responsibility for your joy and never again give anyone else the job of keeping you happy. Add a little variety to your life—break up your routine, do something different, and so on. When you do, expect God to meet you and help make your ordinary… extraordinary!
