What paralyzes life is lack of faith and lack of courage. The difficulty lies not in solving problems but in expressing them correctly; and we can now see that it is biologically undeniable that unless we harness passion to the service of spirit there can be no progress. Sooner or later, then, and in spite of all our incredulity, the world will take this step— because the greater truth always prevails and the greater good emerges in the end.

That's what the enemy wants. He wants you living in a state of defeat. Your defenses down. Your resolve weak and flimsy. Surrendering to an army of insecurities and misdiagnosis instead of courageously thriving in the sophisticated security of your identity in Christ.

Strategy 3—Against Your Identity He magnifies your insecurities, leading you to doubt what God says about you and to disregard what He's given you (Eph. 1:17—19).

So here's what I'd say to you. Let's start here. Praying for this. To recover and maintain your passion. To regain and sustain your cutting edge.

No matter your current reality and the circumstances that describe it, there is a time to start connecting it all with God's infinite and indescribable ability

So the desire you have, that itch that you have to be whatever it is you want to be … that itch, that desire for good is God's proof to you sent already to indicate that it's yours. You already have it. Claim it.

At this point God taught me another important lesson: He would do for me what I could not do for myself, but He would not do for me what He required me to do for myself. God had responded to my cry and delivered me from the spirit of heaviness, but after that He held me responsible to exercise scriptural discipline over my own thoughts.
