When it was time for me to get in the ring, I was ready.

I have been lucky enough to be at great clubs, from my hometown club to Liverpool to Real Madrid to Bayern Munich.

When I retired first time around, injury had beaten me, and I hated that. Now I realise I'm no longer good enough. And I can handle that. It's fine that I'm not good enough.

The only realistic offer came from Nebraska University who offered me a scholarship to be a physical education director. What will a 24-year-old do with that? Retire and study?

You've got to be before you can do and do before you can have.

When I get out on the field, you see me laughing so much because it's a dream come true. A lot of people wish they could do what I do, or wish they had an opportunity to do what I do. But not everybody's granted opportunity. I was, so I'm taking full advantage of it.

I am great believer that, if you put your mind to anything, you can achieve anything.

In this great country, we celebrate success. We don't want to penalize those who have done well.

You deserve a great life. I want to see you become unreasonably happy. And you can. And you will.

I've been looking to do TV for a while. I've always done guest starring stuff. I've done a couple of multi-episode arcs, and I've always loved the experience.

I'm not the biggest guy.

In the gym, you get out what you put in. There's no room for excuses, for taking shortcuts or giving half effort.
