I spent three weeks lamenting, ruminating and praying because football had been part of my life since age 6. Then I moved on. I'm glad I always had another clear plan. Several of my FSU teammates did not and do not. It's hard to leave a sport that is embedded in you.

It is a religious spirit that is dedicated to what God has done in order to resist or reject what He is doing. What He is presently doing He is doing through His body.

Rather than act like a victim who cannot do anything about myself or my circumstance, today I start the process of acknowledging my sin and removing these attitudes, actions, and sins that are unworthy of the new creation I am today in Christ. I can be free, and I will be free. I will be ALL that God intended for me to be!

We are products of our past, but we don't have to be prisoners of it.

Jesus is God's way of refusing to give up his dream for the world.

Never mind searching for who you are. Search for the person you aspire to be.

For centuries, man believed that the sun revolves around the earth. Centuries later, he still thinks that time moves clockwise.

Every day ask yourself, "What would I do today if I were a better person?"

An old belief is like an old shoe. We so value its comfort that we fail to notice the hole in it.

Looking back, you realize that a very special person passed briefly through your life, and that person was you. It is not too late to become that person again.

Perhaps God gives us a physical body so that every time we change our mind, we won't be someone else.

Dare to turn life on its end, and you may find that topsy-turvy is a truer perspective than turvy-topsy.
