Get up; repent. Come to God. Get the pattern of your life from Him, and then go about your work and be yourself.

I do not, like the Fundamentalists, believe that creation stopped six thousand years ago after a week of hard work. Creation is going on all the time.

When what you're doing doesn't work for 50 years, it's time to try something new.

Got something new , maybe it'll work before the end of the day if that's ok .

The past is our definition. We may strive with good reason to escape it, or to escape what is bad in it. But we will escape it only by adding something better to it.

It is evident that the Church is always abandoning more the old traditional structures of European life and, therefore, is changing its appearance and living new forms in itself. It's clear most of all that the de-Christianization of Europe is progressing, that the Christian element is always vanishing more from the fabric of society.

We must get to the point in our lives. What is the point? To become a new kind of man or woman, having inner command and outer excellence.

It is hard to say what the future holds, but this is probable - it won't be just like the past.

Because I am not yet living up to what Jesus expects me to be in those red letters in the Bible, I always define myself as somebody who is saved by God's grace and is on his way to becoming a Christian. I want to believe in a new thing, Lord. I want that more than anything. I want to forget the old things—the bad and ugly things that have sent me here. Please let me see your hand in all of this. Let me see the path through this wilderness.
