The second thing is closely related to it: spokespersons for Christ are those who have knowledge that no one else has. That's why they are the most important people in society. That is because they bring knowledge of what time and eternity are about. They bring knowledge on which people can base their lives. They bring knowledge that can be communicated to others on the basis of experience and reason and Scripture and grace and work and everything else you want to put in the bag.

I don't think you should spend your life praying for things, but I do believe you should thank God for what He's given you… but I think the scripture teaches us that we can pray for our dreams, pray for the big things… he's not a small God; this God is incredible.

Oh, to be alive in such an age, when miracles are everywhere, and every inch of common air throbs a tremendous prophecy, of greater marvels yet to be.

When something is new and hard and bright, there ought to be something a little better for it than just being safe, since the safe things are just the things that folks have been doing so long they have worn the edges off and there's nothing to the doing of them that leaves a man to say, That was not done before and it cannot be done again.

When we do the best that we can, we never know what miracle is wrought in our life, or in the life of another.

Success in the Lord's service always produces miracles beyond our own powers.

Will God ever ask you to do something you are not able to do? The answer is yes--all the time! It must be that way, for God's glory and kingdom. If we function according to our ability alone, we get the glory; if we function according to the power of the Spirit within us, God gets the glory. He wants to reveal Himself to a watching world.

If one advances confidently in the direction of his dreams, and endeavors to live the life which he had imagined, he will meet with a success unexpected in common hours.

Live the life you've dreamed.

Do not lose hold of your dreams or aspirations. For if you do, you may still exist but you have ceased to live.

There is no man living who isn't capable of doing more than he thinks he can do.

if we will do God's work in God's way at God's time with God's power, we shall have God's blessing
