June. June is a good time to go off into the world.

It's not for us to choose our times, Jacob. But we must be ready when they come.

I've always been - you know, my personality is motivating and encouraging. And so I'm just being who God made me to be.

That's why it is important to enjoy the journey not just the destination. In this world, we will never arrive at a place where everything is perfect and we have no more challenges. As admirable as setting goals and reaching them maybe, you can't get so focused on accomplishing your goals that you make the mistake of not enjoying where you are right now.

You need to follow your own heart in light of God's word and do what you feel is right and good for you.

The sad truth is, if you push hard enough, and if you're so stubborn that you must have things your way, God will sometimes allow you to undertake a project without His blessing or at the wrong time. The problem with that, of course, is when you start something in your own strength and in your own timing, you're going to have to finish it and maintain it in your own strength.

God is directing every one of your steps.

God's calling is still on your life; the assignment He has for you didn't get canceled because you took a detour. He's still going to honor you. You're still going to see dreams come to pass.

You are not limited by your education, by how you were raised, by that environment. God has destined you to rise higher. He's destined you to go to the next level.

It looks like a setback, but really it's a setup to move you into your destiny.
