I greatly fear that the universities, unless they teach the Holy Scriptures diligently and impress them on the young students, are wide gates to hell.

We keep on moving forward, opening new doors and doing new things because we are curious and curiosity keeps leading us down new paths.

The Bible does not provide a map for life - only a compass.

Those of us we have been true readers all our life fully realize the enormous extension of our being which we owe to authors.

My family, frankly, they weren't folks who went to church every week. My mother was one of the most spiritual people I knew but she didn't raise me in the church, so I came to my Christian faith later in life and it was because the precepts of Jesus Christ spoke to me in terms of the kind of life that I would want to lead.

I think Bible principles are principles for life.

Do not be afraid to be saints. Follow Jesus Christ who is the source of freedom and light. Be open to the Lord so that He may lighten all your ways.

No law can be sacred to me but that of my nature. Good and bad are but names very readily transferable to that or this.
