That is why a new American revolution is a revolution of consciousness, and a new American politics is a politics of love.

Just like a sunbeam can't separate itself from the sun, and a wave can't separate itself from the ocean, we can't separate ourselves from one another.

The only thing lacking in any situation is our own awareness of love.

Only Love can bring us Peace. And the experience of Love is a Choice we make.

We can imagine a world at peace, a planet healed, and all sentient beings happy.

the miraculous power of love to create a context in which people naturally blossom into their highest potential.  Neither nagging, trying to get people to change, criticizing or fixing can do that.

No matter what the problem, the solution is love.

It is the only power that can override hate.

the miraculous application of love as a balm on every wound.

Because we are what we love, our identity and our dignity depend on what we love and the depth and passion with which we love.

Given our disagreements over some points of the Bible, denominations are good, not bad, because they allow each church to follow Jesus according to conscience, and they keep strife between Christians of different convictions at bay. But if those denominations become the ultimate focus of our loyalty, then they are terrible idols. Keep clear fences but keep them low, and shake hands over them often.

Being united to Christ means being united to every Christian. But that universal union must be given a living, breathing existence in a local church.
