The seventh key is that you must have a major definite purpose for your life. You must have one goal that, if you accomplish it, can do more to help you improve your life than any other single goal.

A person who really likes himself or herself has high self-esteem and therefore a positive self-concept. When you really like yourself in a particular role, you perform at your best in that role.

As you begin to see yourself and think about yourself as more competent and confident, your behavior becomes more focused and effective.

There are certain things that you can do, or learn to do, that can make you extraordinarily valuable to yourself and to others. Your job is to identify your special areas of uniqueness and then to commit yourself to becoming very, very good in those areas.

Only people can be made to increase in value. Computers and other equipment depreciate and eventually become obsolete.

Deep down inside, the average person knows that he or she is put on this earth with amazing capabilities. He or she knows that there is something better than this.

What are your highest value activities? What can you, and only you do, that if done well, can make a real difference?

That our sanctification did not depend upon changing our works, but in doing that for GOD's sake, which we commonly do for our own. That it was lamentable to see how many people mistook the means for the end, addicting themselves to certain works, which they performed very imperfectly, by reason of their human or selfish regards.

The one thing you have to remember about labels is that they only matter if you let them stick.
