Our feelings are unreliable and cannot be trusted to convey truth.

Take some bold steps of faith and change anything the Lord leads you to change. If what you are doing with your time is not bearing good fruit, make a change. If you are not getting enough rest, make a change. If you are not disciplining your children and their behavior is causing you a lot of stress, make a change. If you are bored, make a change. If your friends are taking advantage of you, make a change! Stress can be relieved if you're not afraid to make changes.

The true Christian must be both an idealist and a realist. We must have dreams and visions for better things in the future because that is what faith demands. However at the same time, we cannot ignore the reality of what is taking place right now. The key is not to let what you see now steal what you believe for the future.

reminding Satan and yourself that you do not walk after the flesh but after the Spirit. Walking after the flesh is depending on yourself; walking after the Spirit is depending on God.

We are partners with God. Our part is to trust Him, to know His Word and believe it

believe God. I believe He is working in me no matter what I may feel or how the situation may look. The Lord has begun a good work in me, and He will bring it to full completion' (Philippians 1:6; 2:13). It is in this manner that you can effectively use your weapon of the Word to tear down strongholds.

Pray and ask God to give you new confidence to meet these challenges.

Miracles come in cans." You can overcome. You can make it through. You can forgive. You can raise godly children. You can have a happy marriage. You can experience joy. You can meet your goal. You can be disciplined. You can move on. You can… you can… you can.

Walking after the flesh is depending on yourself; walking after the Spirit is depending on God.

One of the most valuable things you can do in order to live a hope-filled, joyful, overcoming life is to believe the best in every situation.
