What do you do when you're in the valley? You remember what God has done. When he comforted you. When he guided you. When he answered your prayer exactly the way you wanted him to. And when he didn't do what you wanted, but sometime later you realized it was exactly what you needed. And you dare to believe that what he's done before, he will do again.

You have help that others might not see. An invisible power gives you strength when you feel weak. You have God's grace, God's power, God's comfort, and God's presence.

Face your fears by remembering the power of God's cleaning truth. To change the way you are, change the way you think.

Many people may be heartbroken, but not enough to take action.

What matters is the one thing I do know for certain: God is with me.

I can promise you this: If you really, sincerely, genuinely want God back, He hasn't moved. He's still there, just like always, ready to bear-hug you again, just like in the old days.

When we're afraid, our Father spots us and makes sure we can lift the load we're carrying. He grips our hand and helps us push through whatever we face. Because God is with us, we have nothing to fear.
