Remember that for every problem you face, Heaven has a divine prescription. God has a command of authority that you can bring against your present condition!

behind, defying gravity, and embarking on a journey of unexpected variables within predictable patterns toward a deliberate destination. In other words, both require a little bit of crazy and a whole lot of courage!

She'd once thought God would never intentionally hurt her. But looking back over her life, she'd had cause to rethink that. She was certain nothing touched her life that didn't first filter through the loving hands of her heavenly father. But she was also convinced that God sometimes wounded, in order to bind up. And that He shattered, so that His hands could heal. This was part of His inheritance she'd overlooked before, but never would again.

The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the Lord is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?

Life is full of risks...that first step of faith was often taken neck-deep in fear.

You will not stay on this earth one second longer than God ordains! Nor will you be swept up to heaven's peace a moment too soon. You are in his hands. So travel this life with that confidence tucked close against your heart!

I've never tried to imagine a world without God. This one seems hard enough as it is.

When thinking of great faith, we rarely think of great fear. But the Bible shows repeatedly that people of great faith also trembled in their boots as they took that first step in following God's will for their lives. Nevertheless, they took it, trusting Him and then running for Him with everything they had. May we do no less.

Regardless of the obstacle in your life, there is a wind from God that can bring you out. Let the wind of the Lord blow down every spirit of fear and heaviness that would cause you to give up on what God has promised you.

Turn to the light. Don't fear the shadow it creates.

Miracles seem to attest to the presence of a loving and compassionate God, one who wants to help us, who wants to speak to us and encourage us.

I'm a great believer that the Lord provides us specific experiences to prepare us to deal with some of the challenges that we're going to encounter in our own period of service.
