The Lord God carries us throughout our lives just as a father carries his child. The Lord carried me, and He still is. He made you. He knows what you're good at. He knows what you can do and what you can become. Trust Him. Love Him. He'll always love you back.

Do but stand still in the hour of trial, and you will see the help of God, if you trust in Him. But there is so often a forsaking the ways of the Lord in the hour of trial, and thus the food of faith, the means whereby our faith may be increased, is lost.

We're always going to be trusting the process.

In truth, I have done nothing alone. God has called me and has been my pilot. The Holy Spirit has been my comforter, my guide, and my power source.

Every mind must make its choice between truth and repose. It cannot have both.

I'd think, 'In a relationship, we should never have his kind of fight.' Then, instead of figuring out how to make it work, I looked for a way to get out of it. The truth is, you shouldn't be married if your that kind of person.

Believing that you can achieve (and deserve) all that you want in your life is a critical step to your success. Don't waste your life believing you can't.

There's a genius part of you that wants to create. That part of you wants to talk to God. Get out of the way.

We often have to lose what we thought we wanted to find what God wants for us

Faith is not accepting the world as it is but insisting on building the world God wants.

Agnostics cannot understand Christ for the same reason a thief find a policeman -they don't want to.

Sometimes, we don't get what we want. . . But this is a benevolent universe. And once in a while, we do.
