Worry is a waste of energy. It cant change the past. It cant control the future. It only makes today miserable

Joy comes form knowing God loves me, knows who I am and where I'm going ... that my future is secure as I rest in Him.

Anxiety is the greatest evil that can befall a soul, except sin. God commands you to pray, but He forbids you to worry.

Just take everything exactly as it is, put it in God's hands and leave it with Him.
