Every circumstance in life, no matter how crooked and distorted and ugly it appears to be, if it is reacted to in love and forgiveness and obedience to your will can be transformed.

Love transforms one into what one loves.

God takes a safe course with His children, that they may not be condemned with the world, He permits the world to condemn them, that they may not love the world, the world hates them.

Keep doing what you love to the best of your ability. Stop judging and get out of your own way.

If those whom we begin to love could know us as we were before meeting them they could perceive what they have made of us.

A miracle is a shift in perception from fear to love-from a belief in what is not real, to faith in that which is. That shift in perception changes everything.

I like progress but I hate change.

Culture drives expectations and beliefs; expectations and beliefs drive behavior; behavior drives habits; and habits create the future. It all starts with culture.

But I do know that if you want to change your situation you must first change your thoughts. Because if you keep on thinking what you have been thinking you'll keep on getting what you have been getting.

The past has to be viewed as a springboard to the future.

Jon and I talked several times on the phone about the state of the Falcons' organization and it became very clear that if I was going to turn this team around, the first step would be to focus on transforming the culture.

The problem is that you are taking it too personal. Step back for a moment. Don't focus on these people personally. Forget they even have names. Don't think of it as you versus them. Just realize that they represent the negativity that will always be around you. The important thing is to know how to deal with the negativity and what to do with it.
