If you allow it, people will run your life. They'll tell you what to do, where to go, how to dress, and how to spend your money. It's good to get free from addictions, free from anxiety, and free from depression, but one of the greatest freedoms is to get free from controlling people.

What they say about you does not define who you are. Their opinion of you does not determine your self-worth.

Rule your feelings; don't let them rule you. When you get your mind going in the right direction, filled with thoughts of hope, faith, and victory, you'll drive away the discouragement, the discontentment.
