Life isn't about trying to be an expert in everything. It's about being an expert in one thing and offering it to the world.

Believe that you are worthy of financial freedom. Do something you love and then all you ever have to do is be yourself to succeed. If you sell something you love, then you just sell love, not a specific product or service, and that will show.

Learn all about your industry and find out if people are making more money doing what you do somewhere else. If so, do all the things listed in number 5 below and get yourself a job at another company that pays better.

Design your own job. If you see things in your company that need doing that aren't being done, create a new job for yourself. Come up with an excellent pitch about all the ways this will benefit the company and help them make craploads of money, and name your salary. You never know, stranger things have happened.

Allow yourself to experience whatever your heart desires as if this is your one and only chance to take the ride of your life.

I feel I want to grow as an actress and be better. I want to progress as a singer and songwriter, and produce movies and everything. So there'll be no time when I feel I've done it all.

When you have a reputation for making not only good songs but great albums, that in itself creates added artistic pressure. But, at the end of the day, I guess that pressure is something I welcome.

Obviously scoring goals in pre-season is good to help you bring it into the season, but the most important thing is doing it in the Premier League, doing it in the Europa League and doing it when it actually matters.

I love the Premier League. It's obviously a very talented league.
