In school you're rewarded for not making mistakes.

I failed my exam in some subjects but my friend passed. Now he's an engineer in Microsoft and I am the owner.

Face your deficiencies and acknowledge them; but do not let them master you. Let them teach you patience, sweetness, insight.

When you're out of willpower, you can call on stubbornness.
