Most people never run far enough on their first wind to find out they've got a second. Give your dreams all you've got and you'll be amazed at the energy that comes out of you!!

We should always look upon ourselves as God's servants, placed in God's world, to do his work and accordingly labour faithfully for him not with a design to grow rich and great, but to glorify God, and do all the good we possibly can.

Saw I was evidently throwing myself into all hardships and distressed in my present undertaking. I thought it would be less difficult to lie down in the grave; but yet I chose to go rather than stay.

I pray that we might not outlive our usefulness.

Faithful servants never retire. You can retire from your career, but you will never retire from serving God.

Be patient. Let God answer your question on His schedule, not yours.

God didn't call me to be successful, He called me to be faithful.

We must learn that to expect God to do everything while we do nothing is not faith but superstition.

God does not require that we be successful only that we be faithful.

It is not he who begins well who is perfect. It is he who ends well who is approved in God's sight.
